What we are looking to hire:

We are looking for an accomplished individual who will play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team, and scheduling meetings with qualified Enterprises & destination hotels. This individual will be responsible for initiating, nurturing and following through the leads from acquisition to closing via multiple channels and touchpoints social media, phone calls, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct email communication.

Responsibilities

  • Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential Hotels to be added at the top of the funnel.
  • Engage with user groups within the Hotels to understand requirements and conduct demos
  • Identify opportunities within the SMB market and create targeted approaches to capture new business
  • Assist with execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times.
  • Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients.
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems.
  • Database entry: maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce).
  • Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience


  • 8-12 years of experience in Inside sales in SaaS / B2B space
  • Graduation / post-graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint

Knowledge


  • Comprehensive understanding of product offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in identifying and prioritizing leads, and efficiently navigating them through the sales pipeline
