What do we expect from you
- Strategic HR Leadership: Drive the seamless execution of all HR programs and processes within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Business Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of the business unit's operations. Continuously assess teams, structures, and processes to enhance business effectiveness.
- Leadership Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders at various levels. Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, while coaching them to align their teams to deliver on business unit OKRs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Center of Excellence teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and operational needs.
- Program Administration: Oversee org-wide HR initiatives, including performance reviews, rewards and recognition programs, and other key processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze employee-related data to identify trends and gaps. Recommend and implement strategies to improve team performance, employee retention, and overall experience.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve complex employee issues and grievances, ensuring a fair and positive outcome while maintaining company standards.
You're a great fit if you already meet the following prerequisites.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An MBA/PGDM degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 9+ years of experience in HR business partnering or as an HR generalist, with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in sales, technology product companies, or startups.
- Hands-on Approach: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Strong passion for crafting innovative HR solutions and driving process enhancements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and articulation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a focus on aligning business and HR strategies.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an in-depth understanding of HR functions, practices, and business dynamics.
