We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to support the CISO in leading our information security initiatives. This role will oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Protection, Audit Compliance, and Program Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of security frameworks, and a passion for safeguarding our organization's assets
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on data protection and IAM, Internal Audits etc.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act 2000).
- Strong understanding of IAM governance, auditing, and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in auditing and risk management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Effectively manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to build a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001
- Experience with cloud security and IAM in cloud environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Skills Required -
