Job Description
As the Corporate Communications lead, you will drive a comprehensive and high-quality communications and public relations program that will catapult Incedo's brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Responsibilities/Skills
- Creating and owning the entire communications, Media and PR plan across multiple platforms to build Incedo's brand globally across both digital and traditional channels
- Build and execute an extensive and innovative global Media and PR plan and calendar to ensure the regular and consistent brand's presence in top tier media
- Ensure a constant pipeline of speaking engagements and interviews of our CEO in key industry forums and with top influencers in India and US to build thought leadership positioning
- Manage the PR agency and own creation of all content and execution of news stories, media pitches, press releases, briefing docs, by-line articles, blogs, videos, presentations/speeches, coverage reports
- Guide and prepare CEO and Leadership for media interviews and speaking engagements
- Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant media houses, editors, influencers and proactively identify relevant media opportunities to build Incedo's corporate and employer brand
- Monitor, analyze, and share PR/Communication campaigns results on a regular basis
Qualifications / Experience
- Around 12-16 years of relevant work experience in enterprise IT/technology communications, preferably in a global corporate communications role in leading IT organizations or a technology journalist with a leading media house.
- Strong media ties to build the brand's equity in the US and India market
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating attention to detail
- Extremely adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Result oriented (will meet targets/key metrics for campaigns)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and collaborative
- Keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple feedback loops
- Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines
Education
A post-graduation/ graduation degree in Communications, journalism, Marketing & Branding or similar specialization from a premier institute
