SUMMARY
We are seeking an agile leader to refine and implement sales methodologies, standardize analytics, organize training programs, and anchor GTM efforts for new products, all aimed at enhancing sales productivity and increasing conversion rates.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Methodology
a. Research and refine Algonomy's sales methodology by analyzing various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Value Prompter, SPIN).
b. Assess the adoption of the methodology at Algonomy and implement corrective actions to improve adoption rates.
c. Curate, refine, and promote templates and reusable assets (e.g., proposals, ROI documents, questionnaires) to enhance sales productivity and increase conversion rates.
2. Analytics
a. Standardize and automate reports and dashboards for win-loss analysis, pipeline analysis, and sales reviews.
b. Standardize templates and processes for sales reviews (e.g., regional reviews, executive reviews, CEO reviews, win-loss analysis).
3. Training
a. Organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
b. Onboard new sales team members.
c. Research and recommend sales training programs and courses.
d. Assess and document the training and development needs of the sales team.
e. Create an online repository to access Sales enablement artifacts
4. Sales Tools
a. Increase the adoption of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
b. Proactively research and implement sales tools that enhance the buyer experience and improve sales productivity (e.g., digital sales rooms).
5. New Product Go-To-Market (GTM)
Act as the project manager for the GTM strategy of new products. This involves planning with product marketing, growth marketing, and the sales team, and conducting weekly reviews of the sales funnel.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, presales, sales operations, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
