Position Overview:

The Associate Director/Director of Delivery and Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution and delivery of educational programs. This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale operations, ensuring program quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully run end-to-end operations for delivery of B2C, B2B, B2I cohorts/ batches, including learner onboarding, learner engagement, faculty management, class scheduling, customer support, query resolution
• Responsible for ensuring an enriching learner experience
• Align operational processes and policies to ensure a smooth learning experience, while driving scale
• Working closely with key stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery of promise and operational excellence
• Develop analysis mechanism to draw out inferences and enable data driven decision to seek stakeholder alignment and bring in operational efficiency
• Handle escalated and challenging learner interactions to resolve their issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field
• 8-10 years of relevant operations and customer support experience
• Ed-tech experience will be preferred
• Ability to take quick decisions and hustle your way through challenges
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with Strong leadership and team building skills
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
