Associate Director - Talent Acquisition CRISIL Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in attracting the best talent to work with CRISIL.
Position Summary The Associate Director- Talent Acquisition will lead hiring for the global risk business of CRISIL .
This role involves partnering with practice heads on workforce planning, formulating hiring strategy & execution, partner engagement & development and team management and managing end to end hiring.
Primary Responsibility Partner with the business practice line on demand forecasting and building a corresponding hiring strategy
Drive actionable and authentic market intelligence on talent pool & practices specific to business line (Across regions)
Develop sourcing channels for hiring which would include identifying and managing data bases, activating
Manage the team's performance, and guide and coach them on aspects of recruitment and stakeholder management
Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirement and attract, seek, assess, and hire the best talent both internally and externally
Ensuring fulfilment targets are met within defined SLAs with focus on balancing sourcing mix, quality of hire, time-to-fill, cost per hire along with other key metrics, while continually enhancing stakeholder & candidate experience
Strengthen employee referral program and facilitate internal mobility through partnership with HR, internal talent, and key business stakeholders
Negotiate offers with the selected candidates and partner with HR and hiring managers to establish competitive offers
Lead Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives/ programs at an organization level from inception to execution (build framework, stakeholder buyin, internal/ external branding & communication, effective ROI management) Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and effectiveness Qualifying experience
Min of 12+ year of post qualification experience in HR/ TA, with atleast 5 year of experience of managing Talent acquisition team in the Banking and Financial services sector
Prior experience in recruiting for Analytics, Equity, Credit Risk and technology skills is preferred Ability to work in Complex, demanding situations.
