Associate Director International Relation Management

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global relations strategies to enhance the company's standing and reputation within and outside the global network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network firms, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers to ensure favourable business conditions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout their engagement with the company.
  • Conduct extensive research on international markets, identifying potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective global marketing campaigns.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up to date with the latest global political, economic, and social developments that may impact the company's operations.
  • Ensures compliance with international laws, agreements, and protocols.
  • Participates in the development of international agreements and treaties.
  • Monitors international events and developments related to their country's interests.
  • Represents their country in international meetings and negotiations.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration between government and non-governmental stakeholders in international affairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 Years work experience in hard core sales for consulting services (Audit/Tax/Advisory) is must.
  • Strong understanding of global market for Advisory and Management Consulting business and international business practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conducting market research and analysis using various tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
