Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
Lead a team of 30 BDEs/SDEs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Cultivate a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead and close critical new business cases.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for new client acquisition, encompassing both inbound and outbound channels.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead nurturing to conversion and client onboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and priorities.
Strategize and execute new initiatives to open new traction channels for customer acquisition.
3. Communication and Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Effectively communicate Graphy.com's value proposition and offerings to prospective clients, showcasing our unique strengths and competitive advantages.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Graphy.com, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and team performance.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize ROI, and achieve sales targets.
5. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive business updates, including monthly and weekly reports, to all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency regarding sales targets, progress, and challenges.
Providing regular updates on business performance, sales activities, and key initiatives to the stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS product sales.
Proven track record of success in new business acquisition, with expertise in both inbound and outbound acquisition strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a creative and innovative mindset.
Proficiency in all aspects of the new business process, including lead generation, lead nurturing, prospecting, KPI monitoring, and business forecasting.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance excellence and achieving ambitious goals.
