Position Summary:

The Associate Director-Admissions (US Region) will be responsible for driving the admissions strategy, managing the admissions team, and optimizing sales performance to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing teams and improving sales funnel efficiency. The candidate must be comfortable working during night shifts to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Sales Strategy Development and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to drive growth in the US region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and conversion

2 Admissions Team Management and Sales Optimization:

  • Lead and manage the admissions team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

3 Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement innovative solutions to address performance gaps and enhance team productivity.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Should be able to work during the night shift and handle end-to-end ops, efficiency - 8 PM to 6 AM
  • Proven Team Handling experience of minimum 3 years of experience managing teams [ =8] B2B/B2C with the core responsibilities of delivering revenue month-on-month
  • Ability to plan and develop innovative hacks to solve for the month and long term.
  • Improving the efficiency of the funnel (Lead to Paid) by understanding the drops within the journey, and customer behavior and fixing it to bridge the gap.
