Job Responsibilities
- Analytical support to improve accuracy of customer data in Customer 360.
- Create arbitration system across different data systems to store latest and greatest data in customer 360.
- E2E ownership of analytical needs for the product
- Ensure adherence and compliance to data quality standards
- Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify any gaps, find solutions to elevate data quality and performance at product level.
- Partner with product owners and tech leads to deploy data science solutions in an Agile environment
- Maintain an external lens to inform decisions and business strategies
Qualification Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in development and deployment of data science solutions
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification
- Experience with Data products and data analytics.
- Experience with delivering business solutions across a variety of platforms and technologies such as Big Data, Pyspark, Hive, Scala, Python
- Experience with applying rigorous solution-oriented analyses to deliver scalable solutions in the product space
- Exposure to implementation of complex data products
- Strong program management, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
