As an Associate Operational Excellence Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational enhancement, streamline processes, and implement best practices. Responsibilities will include
Help maintain and enhance tools used for deployment, monitoring, and operations of our software products.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that new processes meet established standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain high-quality operational standards.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments under the guidance of senior team members.
Work with customer support teams to provide automated support for our products and implement monitoring tools to ensure smooth functioning.
Work as part of cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.

Should-Haves - Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of software development concepts and programming languages (eg, Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
