Job Title: Associate Delegate Acquisition(Event)- Location: Noida sector 2, NCR

The Associate Delegate Acquisition role is pivotal in our organization, primarily focusing on recruiting and acquiring delegates for conferences, summits, and other events. This position holds the responsibility of identifying potential delegates, engaging with them effectively, and securing their participation in our events. The individual will employ a range of strategies to meet attendance targets and contribute to the overall success of our events.
- Delegate Research and Prospecting:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential delegates within target industries, organizations, and demographics.
- Utilize various sources, including databases, social media, professional networks, and industry publications, to compile a list of qualified leads.
- 2. Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential delegates through email campaigns, cold calling, networking events, and other outreach channels.
- Craft compelling messages and value propositions to attract delegates and encourage their participation in our events.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective delegates, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- 3. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align delegate acquisition efforts with overall event marketing and sales strategies.
- Provide input on target audience segmentation, messaging, and promotional tactics to optimize delegate acquisition campaigns.
- 4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to delegate acquisition, including lead generation, conversion rates, and attendance numbers.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of delegate acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- 5. Attendee Experience Enhancement:
- Work collaboratively with the event operations team to ensure a seamless registration process and a positive attendee experience.
- Provide support to delegates before, during, and after events, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
