We at A2 Banking & Financial Services SMU are seeking high-energy professionals to be part of Solutioning and Presales role. The Analyst would be responsible to analyze business problems within RFP/RFI/RFQ and determine viable solution and bring in new solutions & technologies to deliver benefits. You will start as a Bid Manager. The Bid Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales team in closing deals in the Banking Americas sector. He/she is responsible for bid management. The roadmap for this role is to grow into a Banking Solution Design consultant who is adept at solutioning deals across Apps, Infrastructure, and Operations.

- Bid management
- Responsible for responding to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission
- Client Presentations - Help generate customer presentations focused on Domain solution mapping with existing offerings
- Creating Word and PowerPoint presentation summarizing the response document and help sales executives during the technical presentations
- Process orchestration with SL/ practices / delivery for estimation
- Work with BFM to get deal price & margins
- Resolve issues and escalate timely when required
- Client Visit Management
- Support client visits - Planning &, storyboarding, content, demos, team discussions, and logistics
- Present in these visits on selected topics
- Solutioning
- Determine the technical requirement to meet customer long term and short-term goals
- Work with SME from service lines / practices to craft - Win Themes, define the storyline, ensure that customers asks are met; own / manage the review process - solution / estimates / commercials
- Prepare effort and cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement
- Provide consultation- functional teams to address business and process issues
- Develop Technical content and reusable assets which can help in speeding up the proposal response time
- Contribute to Document repository of reusables and case studies.
- Solution Defense
- Pitch solutions to a customer (internal and external) and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service

Experience and skill set required:
- MBA with specialization in IT with a background in Engineering is desired
- Pre-MBA work-experience with exposure or industry experience in IT Services /BFS
- Positive attitude towards learning and understanding technology
- Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, business analysis, project planning, reporting and presentation (preferred)
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Appreciate technology and business trends
- Penchant for sales in Banking/Industry (preferred)
- Good oral and written communication skills
