Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7.

ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Step 1: RE consultants (Frontend) will offer resolution on the call as per the defined process.
Step 2: In case issues which require support & backend actions which can be taken on call, RE agents (Frontend) will interact with the FK KNE and offer solutions to customers.
