Key Responsibilities
- Engage with candidates to understand their needs and ensure they are fully utilizing our resources
- Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop familiarity with our training programs to guide candidates effectively
- Collaborate with instructors and coaches to enhance the candidate experience
- Gather feedback from candidates to help refine our programs and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement within the customer success process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Passion for education and helping others achieve their goals
