Job Description

1. Obtaining data from various source systems and sources including sales, loan origination, loan management, service, etc
2. To create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making Working with the data warehouse using reporting and analyses tools like Busines Objects, and building and maintaining the corporate data dictionary Designing and building analyses in Excel Monitoring and reporting on usage and development of CRM platform
3. Managing the process of enrichment and enhancement of data in the Central Data Warehouse, including monitoring of data moving to and from the data warehouse.
4. To engage with business groups and IT project teams to encourage proper adoption and usage of the CRM platform including Sales Management, Service Management and Marketing Automation.

Qualification Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
