nRoles and Responsibilities:

• 
  nLead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals,providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster their growth and development.
• nDevelop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• nOversee the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding materials, website designs, social media content, and OOH
• nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and digital marketing, product development, and city teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of creative messaging and branding.
• nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising, and incorporate them into our creative process.
• nManage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

• nBachelor degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field;
• n15 years at least of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an

• nStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, with a focus on

• nProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

• nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate

• nProven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-

• nStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet
