Facilitate interactions between GLG clients in APAC and requested Network Members (experts) based in USA
Navigate requests with complex compliance requirements and client-specific preferences.
Establish and build strong working relationships with APAC Client Solutions partners.
Engage Network Members daily to understand their capabilities and knowledge on specific client requests.
Interview prospective industry leaders as needed and capture critical data in GLG s extensive profile management systems
Successfully execute against project objectives, seeing each project through to completion
Appreciate the urgency of competing projects and prioritize accordingly.
Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Required Skills:
Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person.)
1-3 years of work experience preferably working Internet Research/Head Hunting/Inside Sales/Recruitment/Market Research / Administration / Customer Service/Customer Support
Bachelors degree or higher from a top tier university
Excellent fluency in (written and oral) English and Spanish
