Job Purpose
- Drive daily productivity of CEP Personal Bankers
Key Accountability
The key accountability of CRM is onboard new relationships and get quality salary accounts from the team along with Cross Sell for channel profitability.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive monthly productivity of CEP PB for NoA, Value with salary credits & Cross-sell
- Onboard and manage mid-size corporates
- Drive product penetration across mapped set of corporates
- Plan out work-sites and participate in inductions
- Recruitment & training
- Risk and Control management for mapped relationships
Preferred Qualification And Experience
- Graduate/post-graduate with min 10 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
Technical Experience And Competencies
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Computer Skills and digital knowledge
- Good network in the market
