Position Summary
The Associate Corporate Recruiter will support Product Management, Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and other departments talent needs. This role will support the Corporate Recruiter with sourcing and recruiting non-exempt and individual contributor talent for the organization.
The Associate Corporate Recruiter will also be closely aligned with hiring managers and strongly networked across ETS, collaborating to understand hiring needs, develop specific recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions that deliver the candidates ETS needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand labor market trends across the recruiting landscape to understand labor market trends and their implications for ETS hiring needs
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions.
- Source, identify and cultivate passive candidates and convert them into applicants by engaging them with consistent communication cadence to build their interest in ETS and keep them progressing through the hiring process
- Conduct initial screening interviews to confirm candidate and position alignment
- Work with ETS stakeholders to gain understanding of position and to progress and evaluate candidates through the formal interviewing and offer process
- Provide feedback, insights, trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers
- Ensure that the recruiting process is followed in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update requisitions regularly, document interviews and disposition candidates.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
Knowledge/Skills
- Sourcing - pipelining top talent for ETS
- Recruitment methodologies (pre-qualifying candidates, negotiation etc.)
- Engaging with talent via email, chat, in person (Social Media, Career fairs etc.)
- Relationship building with the Business
- Strong ATS and MS Excel Experience
- Strong SharePoint Experience
Education And Experience
- A bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1 or more years of experience as a Corporate or Agency Recruiter
