Travel Required : Up to 25%
What You Will Do :
- Pull employee travel claims, expense claims, reimbursement forms etc
- Understand the Company policy on employee reimbursements.
- Understand the Approval Matrix
- Approve/reject the claim after verifying the support documents with the claim.
- Manage the mailboxes and workflow management system.
- Communicate with employees and subcontractors to gather required information.
- Report audit findings on periodical basis
What You Will Need :
- Masters degree in finance or any related fields
- 0-2 years experience in Audit works
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Must have excellent communication skill to contact with US clients
- Report drafting skills - Write precisely and effectively
- Excellent Excel skills
- Working knowledge in all MS Office products
