Support the Marketing Programs Team on various operational activities/tasks, carried out under Strategic Alliances Program, with an aim to provide opportunities to financial advisors to build alliance relationships with different types of professionals and small organizations for client acquisition. The role includes a lot of coordination with business partners, financial advisors and other professionals to ensure completion of assigned responsibilities and ensuring excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer general emails about Strategic Alliance programs
- Schedule calls with advisors to discuss Fixed Payment and Workplace Solutions programs
- Submit excel spreadsheet to run OFAC check for newly enrolled professional alliances and research, if necessary
- Answer questions regarding enrollment completion for Fixed Payment for referral professionals
- Processing amendment requests related to existing alliance relationships and workplace contracts
- Manage Accounts Payable setup process for Strategic Alliance professionals
- Process payments to alliance professionals and financial institutions via account payable team
- Manage advisor chargeback process for Strategic Alliance program fees and professional payouts
- Process adhoc referral payments to Commission Share professionals via Accounts Payable
- Terminate Fixed Payment & Workplace Solutions relationships upon advisor request
- Assist advisors with Strategic Alliance prospect source tracking in CRM
- Running queries and macros in MS Access databases to pull alliances information and sharing it with stakeholder
- Managing alliances data efficiently/ effectively using various tools
- Reviewing contracts for accuracy, periodic and annual review of alliances contract accuracy and ensuring compliance
Required Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream
- Relevant experience should be between 1-3 years
