Designation/Role- Associate - Content and Social Media

Responsibilities:
Be the Praxian brand custodian ensuring the messaging and brand identity is consistent and engaging while creating interesting B2B content.
- Create and execute social media calendars: Develop social media strategies and create content calendars to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Plan, schedule, and publish compelling content across various social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Proofread and QC newsletters and reports: Review and edit newsletters and reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of intellectual property (IP) by providing necessary inputs and revisions.
- Update and enhance website content: Regularly update and enhance the content on the company's website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the brand. Collaborate with different teams to gather information and make necessary updates to keep the website content fresh and engaging.
- Devise social media campaigns and drive engagement: Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Analyze social media metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and devise strategies to drive audience engagement and growth.
- Work with HR team to drive employer branding and planning/ executing internal communications plan
- Manage email marketing execution via MailChimp by utilizing HubSpot's marketing automation platform to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficient in using content management systems and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the consulting industry or professional services is a plus.
