JOB SCOPE:

Under the general guidance of the Centre Manager and within the limits of established Company policies promotes, markets and sells slimming, fitness and beauty solutions and products to new and existing clients.

JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries and arrange meeting with prospective clients to understand their medical condition and requirements.

• To involve other experts to customize program before making sales pitch, which may involve technical description of certain procedures and the way the products are used.

To quote and negotiate prices by offering alternate programs suiting individual requirement and meeting budget constraints.

• To make constant effort to update knowledge on products and services being offered by company and competitors in order to handle sales objections with regard to pricing and packaging.

Maintain and update records of booked and unbooked clients on periodic basis

• Co-ordinate with FDE/PRO for follow-ups on all tele-enquiries.

To plan and execute sales event at the centre by developing and implementing appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to niche clients

• Make personal sales visit to corporate, business houses to organize events for booking clients and for specific corporate tie-ups.

Monitor after-sales services by regularly generating and reviewing customer feedback and providing relevant information to concerned employees regarding delivery of service, issues and expectations.

• To attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

• Additional Responsibilities:

To carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

• To carry out formal presentations of products and services, attend promotional markets and organize product displays
