We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Associate with a focus on Invoicing and Compliance to join our Client Retention Department. This position entails managing invoice processing, overseeing records, and ensuring compliance with Maha-RERA regulations.
Prepare and process invoices using a CRM tool and maintain an MIS record of issued and scheduled invoices.
Ensure compliance with Maha-RERA guidelines and update project profiles as needed.
Create accurate quotations and work orders, ensuring timely processing and client follow-ups.
Address escalations, communicate effectively with clients, and handle invoicing-related inquiries.
Analyse and maintain quarterly invoice records and ensure accurate documentation for internal and client use.
Generate and present data reports for the management team on invoicing trends and compliance updates.
Education:
Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably from a commerce background.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills are essential.
Competitive and based on experience.
