About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Client Partner to join our growing team who will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding solutions that align with their business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Direct Hire services and a proven track record of fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, with a primary focus on generating leads for staffing services and SOWs.
- Execute lead generation strategies, including cold messaging, cold calling, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client objectives.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Farm and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of Pinnacle Group's services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years of experience in direct hire recruitment, within US Staffing industry is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
