- We are looking for an Associate - Capacity Operations to join our team and help manage escalations from our Delivery Team, Capacity Network Partners, and Developers
- In this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to be able to resolve these queries
- You should also be able to handle escalated issues for a workforce of 1500 developers
- Additionally, you should be able to set up meetings to resolve quality issues that the Delivery Team is facing and have an understanding of Agile, project management, and a bit of technical knowledge

Qualification
