Role Overview
As an
Associate Business Presentations within the Founder's Office, you will be instrumental in crafting high-quality, visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex financial concepts and strategic insights to investors and stakeholders. This role calls for a professional with experience from top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Oliver Wyman, with at least 5 years of expertise in creating powerful, data-driven presentations for a finance-focused audience.
You'll play a critical role in supporting our finance and communications teams by developing investor pitch decks, quarterly updates, strategic presentations, and other high-stakes materials. Your attention to detail, understanding of financial terminology, and creative vision will elevate Artha Group's brand in each piece of work.

Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Craft Engaging Presentations: Design polished, engaging presentations that transform complex financial data into clear, visually compelling narratives. Ensure alignment with Artha Group's brand and high standards.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage projects efficiently to meet strict timelines, ensuring presentations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Embrace Feedback and Direction: Actively incorporate feedback, making adjustments to enhance presentation quality while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Coordinate Data & Fact-Check Thoroughly: Collaborate closely with the finance and communications teams to verify and fact-check all data, ensuring each detail is accurate, reliable, and fully aligned with Artha's standards.
- Data Visualization Excellence: Create impactful charts, graphs, and infographics that present financial data clearly, reinforcing strategic messaging with accuracy and insight.
- Quality Assurance: Thoroughly review all materials, ensuring that each presentation adheres to Artha's brand consistency, accuracy, and excellence in design.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in presentation development or business graphics with experience at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent high-impact roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with experience in data visualization software a plus.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to translate complex data into visually clear formats for high-level audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Uncompromising attention to detail and precision in all aspects of presentation development, ensuring the highest quality standard.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and understand key messaging for finance audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Package: 21 lakhs per annum; 18 lakhs paid monthly and a guaranteed 3 lakhs bonus at the end of each 12 months.
