About the Team
You will be joining the Product Quality team at Meesho working on building a world-class and trustworthy shopping experience for Meesho customers. The product quality team works on solving some of the most pressing and unique e-commerce problems for Bharat's shoppers the Next Half Billion. We are responsible for providing a delightful shopping experience by enabling the users to buy the right product and bridging the gap between user expectations and user experience.
About the Role
As an Associate Business Manager, you will be the guardian of user experience. You will build a long-term vision for product quality charter, ensuring user expectations are met upon product delivery. You will break down the problem into smaller pieces to identify areas to target and develop 10x solutions in collaboration with your team and product, tech, fulfillment, as well as other categories in business.
You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis.
Making impacts with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.
