Job Description

Build a digital first education brand | Mentorship from seasoned HUL marketers

Digiaccel Learning is looking to build its brand team. The brand team will help setup and shape Digiaccel as a digital first, new-age learning brand for millennials and Gen Z audiences.

As a Brand Manager, you will need to understand the needs, motivations and gaps of potential learners in depth. You will then need to marry it with the brand and create compelling communications for digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. You will also be building the communication architecture for all campus engagements and learner interactions (remarketing and referral funnels).

To do this, you will work with a team of designers, editors and creatives. The role is expected to be hands on with full ownership for the end to end process, right from ideation to execution.

This is a critical pillar for Digiaccel Learning and you will be working directly with the Founders.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing the communication pillars for Digiaccel's brand
  • Craft and execute the content strategy for social platforms Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin as the lead platforms
  • Owning the content plan for video platforms like Youtube and Instagram Reels. The brand is a specialist education brand which is heavy on video content.
  • Editing research based scripts for video assets
  • Working with creative designers and taking full ownership of deployment from the social handles
  • Setting up a system for responses to learners on social platforms for engaging conversations
  • Establish systems to monitor performance to constantly enhance community engagement

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Full-time degree in Marketing (UG or PG)
  • 1-4 years of experience of managing brand strategy with specific inclination towards the communication pegs
  • Ability to craft content thinking from scratch in-line with brand identity
  • Ability to work with designers and editors to execute the content thinking
  • Enthusiasm about being able to connect with a large community of potential learners via relevant communication
  • A disdain for status quo and passion for making an impact by enabling better learning
  • Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate

Digiaccel Learning is a Gurgaon headquartered education company that is building the next generation institute for industry relevant digital skills. It aims to do so through an application based curriculum and skilling system to enable learners to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome oriented learning with employment/ career acceleration being the targeted outcome.
