We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Executive to join our spirited team. The ideal candidate will have 2to 3years of relevant accounts experience.
a. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
b. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections while maintaining accurate payment records.
c. Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and coordinate replenishments as needed.
d. Oversee dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
e. Accurately enter financial and stock data into the system, maintaining updated records.
f. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to address payment, stock, and dispatch-related queries.
g. Handle general office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and managing office supplies.
h. Facilitate communication between finance, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
2to 3years of proven experience in administration roles, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges.
