About the role:
- 2-4 Years of experience in sourcing, role mapping and closing the roles at a faster TAT for lateral hiring. Good negotiations, interpersonal and influencing skills. This role will be acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Must have experience in hiring candidates through Job portals, using social media, referrals, and passive candidates must be good in stakeholder management, keeping hiring manager informed about the status etc.
- Must have experience in using ATS and process driven hiring.
- Onboarding experience through HRMS. Good experience in Excel is a huge plus.
Competencies, skills, and educational requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement and knowledge about the art of recruiting and candidate management
- Post Graduate degree
