Job Title- Associate/ Assistant Professor
Subject- Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Take teaching load.
- Support in execution of the strategic plan of the Institution/ University.
- Participate and involve in student related to various events and mentoring students.
- Active participation in academic, IQAC, examination duty.
- Shall be responsible for working closely with the students on various projects.
- Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, FDP for faculty members and students.
- Develop the students as per the industry requirement.
- Encourage students to utilize university facilities to upgrade their knowledge.
- Organize various training programs for the students to develop their soft skills.
- Actively participate in student and faculty exchange programs.
- Represent Institute/ University in various appropriate forums, conferences and seminars to increase Institute's visibility.
- Responsible for writing, publishing research papers.
- Provide consultancy to Industries.
- Guide Students and faculty members for their PhD.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. from premier institute/ 20-NIRF ranked Institutions / Global Universities.
Associate Professor (10 Years of teaching experience) excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
