Associate Art Director - Brand Consultancy

We're looking for an Associate Art Director for the Brand Consultancy (Branding) team at Moshi Moshi - The Communication Company.

Experience: 5+ years with a creative/branding/mainstream agency experience.

Location: Bangalore, Onsite

Key responsibilities:

1. Directing the brand design approach with Sr & Jr Graphic Designers, Copywriters and Client POCs. Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.

2. Ensuring timely delivery of the designs deliverables.

3. Involvement in existing brand strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.

4. Contributing to pitch presentations.

5. Foster growth and skill development of team members

6. Improving the tracking and monitoring of team members as they progress through their work and skill set, and providing support such as counseling and extra training, where needed

7. When applicable - Actively participate in the hiring process as part of interviewing and assessing candidates for their team as per the requirements of the accounts.

What we're looking for :

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Solid understanding of branding, UI/UX packaging, spatial design, employer branding etc.

3. Strong people & management skills.
