Associate Aptitude Trainer
Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on C/ C++/JAVA/ Python

programming languages.

• Create hands-on exercises, tutorials, and projects to reinforce learning objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in programming languages and

technologies.

• Documenting training materials, resources, and learner progress for future reference and

improvement.
Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related stream
• Extensive experience in soKware development/Training with experience in C/ C++/JAVA/

Python programming languages.

• Application knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms is an advantage.
• Experience in competitive coding plaOorms such as Leetcode, Hackerrank, Codechef.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and best practices.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Excellent communica*on skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

to learners of varying skill levels.
