Following data needs to be captured manually by the abstractor.
- PDF downloads of last office visits (based on requirement of the specialty could be last three, last five, or a defined time period).
- PDF downloads of database elements such as labs, CT scans, x-rays, MRIs, etc (criteria same as office visits).
- Past histories/other modalities like allergies directly referred to from the legacy system and entered into the new system.
- Any other data as required by the practice.
- Compliance (such as notations, email/sent options to designation entities, maintaining log for work done etc
