Associate

As a Research Team Member, you will work hand-in-hand with the multiple teams in the service line to find prospective clients, research on documents of our clients mechanical and electrical projects, details of the clients project (for instance: Scope of work and Equipment used in that particular project), and drafting project summary reports while focusing on deadlines. The Research Team Member is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with various organizational departments.

Our clients include architects, engineering, and construction firms that provide designs for large commercial buildings. The focus for the client is to benefit from tax incentives realized through our expert analysis of their energy-efficient designs implemented into these buildings. Each client works with a team of alliantgroup professionals including project managers, engineers, energy modelers, government relations professionals, attorneys, CPAs and more! Clients who qualify for these lucrative state and federal incentives have an opportunity to reinvest and grow their businesses and create jobs.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Collaborating with project team to understand the requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate with the project team and other team members to understand the challenges and get potential solutions.
• Identifying different resources to find required data.
• Maintaining quality standards of the data and findings.
• Be able to work on multiple assignments based on requirement.
• Demonstrate urgency regarding deadlines assigned to projects.
• Expectation of confidentiality in all business matters.
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

• Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in a professional, and fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in Primary and secondary research techniques.
• Prior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Adobe.
• Display interest in learning new concepts and adapting to team s requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Report making skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Candidate must work from office.
