Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Program Support: Assist in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns. Provide support to affiliates by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance. Monitor affiliate performance and track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and commissions to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and research potential affiliate partners within target industries and market segments to expand our affiliate network. Reach out to potential partners via email, phone, and social media and coordinate the onboarding process for new affiliates, including setting up accounts, providing training materials.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliates and partners, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support and communication.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing affiliate activity, conversions, and revenue generated, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, or similar diploma
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
