What will you do
- Ownership: Take charge of all Ad Operations (Ad Ops) components, including but not limited to campaign launches, quality assurance, strategy execution, ad inventory management, budget allocation, and invoicing
- Client Relationship Development: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to nurture and expand existing client relationships, emphasizing customer satisfaction and retention
- Campaign Execution and Support: Interact with sales operations, sales teams, and clients to facilitate campaign execution. Leveraging technology, ensure that clients derive maximum value from their campaigns
- Quality Control: Review creatives, third-party tags, trackers, and related campaign elements to identify and resolve any potential issues
- Campaign Implementation and Optimization: Play an active role in campaign implementation, conducting basic health assessments, optimizing ads, and troubleshooting as needed
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the pacing and performance of campaigns on a daily basis, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and effectively
- Reporting: Generate customized ad hoc reports based on specific needs
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales team by providing insights for forecasting and addressing inquiries related to campaign performance
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient ad operations and actively seeks opportunities to enhance and streamline processes
