Meeting customers, consultants to assess their requirements, Developing and increasing customer database.
Building customer relationship and post order management.
Payment collection from the customers as per account receivables and monitor asset management.
Preparing and maintaining customer database, Establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend.
Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, Keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature.
Market survey, knowing competitors, Generating and attending new enquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet.
Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal, Preparing and submitting tenders, attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening, attending negotiation meeting.
Make joint site visits along with construction head to meet the customer as well as assess the site condition during the sales process.
Maintain and update MIS on weekly basis.
Follow up on proposals and tenders, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received.
Co-ordinate SIP meetings.
