Responsibilities and Requirements:
1) Teaching and Curriculum Development: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses.Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning experiences.Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.Develop and update course materials to reflect current trends and research in management
2) Research and Scholarly Activities:
Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable journals and conferences.
Seek and secure research funding from external sources.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects.
Present research findings at academic conferences and contribute to the field's body of knowledge.
3) Assessments and Progress Monitoring: Administer assessments to evaluate student's understanding and progress. Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who require additional assistance.
