About ZWC Bank in Schools:
At ZWC Bank in Schools, children are educated about misplaced resource management. A facility is set up on the school campus where each student has an account to deposit recyclable waste from home. These deposits can be exchanged for incentives such as free stationery. High performers, who deposit more waste, are recognized for their efforts through certificates awarded during school assemblies and receive free training resources. Key Responsibilities: School Engagement: Meet with school principals to explain the ZWC Bank concept and establish the bank within each school. Bank Establishment: Set up the ZWC Bank in each participating school and ensure it is operational on a regular basis. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the ZWC Banks in schools, ensuring smooth operations. Data Collection & Monitoring: Collect and monitor data related to the deposits made by students and overall bank performance. Student Engagement: Engage at least 80% of account holders regularly by adopting various programs and initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all statutory compliances are fulfilled. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably with an NGO/Foundation/Waste Management company. Good communication skills. Proficiency in computer usage. Having your own bike is preferable. Male candidates below 30 years old. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 30,
