5.Data Collection for Improvement Activity.
6.Update daily MIS in common folder.
7.Check PM sheet for fullfillment about Production Equipments.
8.Check 5S status around the Production Area.
9.Check the Spare Parts Inventory Stock and update on monthly basis.
10.Data Collection for improvement activities- Assembly & Injection Moulding
11.History card updation of all Production machines.
12.Collection all B/down datas and plan the action for Counter measure
13.Inhouse kaizen, poka-yoke & modification work handling.
14.Update check sheet after new type problem found about Production Equipments
15.ISO / TS, EMS Documentation Maintenance completion.
16. Head Fire & saftey Activities
