Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager - Last Mile at Ecom Express Limited, located in Trivandrum. As an Assistant Manager - Last Mile, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the last mile delivery operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the delivery centres in Trivandrum, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, managing customer escalations, optimizing delivery routes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in last mile delivery operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: 400,
  • 00 - 750,000.00 per year
