Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fabric Executive located in Gurugram. The Assistant Fabric Executive is responsible for assisting higher-level executives in the fabric production process, managing inventory and supply chains, overseeing production timelines and quality control, developing new products, and working with designers to coordinate fabric selection and production. The Assistant Fabric Executive will report to senior executives and will work closely with various internal teams including Production, Design/Development, Sales, Quality Control, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Engineering
• Prior experience in fabric production, management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge and experience in inventory management, supply chain management, and quality control
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of computer software packages and database management
