Job Description

  • Conceptualizing and evolving Sales Strategy for Luxury Residential projects.
  • Spearheading Sales Activity for Luxury Segment and manage a team of dedicated Sales Professionals.
  • Devising a robust HNI Customer Acquisition Program through various innovative activities and market campaigns to acquire & retain customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining overall Channel Relationships through Contacts, events and alliances.
  • Responsible for Channel rewards & Recognition Programs.
  • Responsible for driving revenue, controlling costs and ensuring profitability for the vertical.
  • Spearhead the Strategy for International Sales for Luxury Segment and represent the organization in various events.
  • Responsible for overall Product launches and presentations.
  • Creating channel visibility, affinity and customer experience.
