Position Purpose
As the Project Manager Process Mining, you will be responsible for coordinating and piloting process mining use cases onboarding and implementation within our business operations. Your role will involve collaborating with integrators and IT to ensure effective delivery of process mining projects, enhancing process efficiency, and driving digital transformation.
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager Process Mining, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Integrator , Center of Excellence Lead and the IT team to coordinate and pilot Process Mining use cases onboarding and implementation.
- Following the Program Management Strategy.
- Facilitating study, onboarding, implementation, training, and change phases.
- Contributing to defining the structure and the functions of the future Center of Excellence.
- Defining eligibility and feasibility matrix for process mining implementation.
- Defining business roadmap and priority list with incremental value delivery approach.
- Encouraging stakeholders to take decisions, drive business and processes using BI applications & analysis.
- Reporting on Risk, Issue, Progress.
- Contributing to Steering & Governance.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Experience (10-13 years) and expertise in Project Implementation or intelligent automation: Implementation of IT /Digital project (AI, RPA, ): specification, roadmap definition, deliverable, communication to sponsors, definition of communication strategy, team management expertise.
- Technical background: technology lead or solution architect with an expertise on business project implementation and management
- Expertise in process mining: Prior experience in process mining project delivery for Business E2E: implementation of full cycle, use case from pre-scoping to change management.
- Strong motivation for transformation, digital technologies, process change, efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong capacity of written /verbal communication in English
- Capacity to manage complex topics with solution-oriented mindset.
