The consultant will leverage their expertise to understand client needs, design customized solutions, and support the sales process.
The position also brings operational insights to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development: Design and tailor comprehensive BPO solutions in CM, UM, and RPM that meet client-specific requirements and industry standards.
AI Injection: Work with team for creation of AI solutions to support innovation and automation of the operations workflows
Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support including presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and articulate the value proposition of our services.
Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) that clearly define the proposed solution, deliverables, and pricing.
Operational Insights: Leverage operational experience to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities in CM, UM, and RPM.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT, legal) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on the technical and functional aspects of CM, UM, and RPM solutions.
RFP/RFI Responses: Lead and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on pre-sales activities, client engagements, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in solution development or pre-sales in the clinical BPO industry, with a strong focus on Payer and Provider BPO. Additionally, 5+ years of operational experience in clinical BPO or a related healthcare setting.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of clinical BPO processes, healthcare regulations, and relevant technologies. Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and presentation tools.
Operational Know-how: Hands-on experience in setting up clinical operations, implementing BPO solutions.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and technical requirements to develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze options, and develop effective solutions.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and presentations.
