What is in it for you
As a Assistant Vice President - Identity Access Management, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare centric solutions for Identity Access & Identity Lifecycle Management , Privilege Management and lead the delivery.
Responsibilities: -
- Lead the Identity and Access Management practice at CitiusTech.
- Develop innovative solutions, accelerators, and frameworks to grow CitiusTechs Identity Access Management offerings with relevance to Healthcare and Lifesciences.
- Collaborate closely with market leadership, client partners and account managers, and support pursuit of large deals and proactive growth in key accounts.
- Proactively track latest developments in IAM space across various IAM solution providers to drive innovation, impact, and growth through these emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with practice leaders, solutions experts, and consulting leaders to set a roadmap to drive innovation led growth.
- Actively engage with market/account consulting leads and client stakeholders to frame success criteria, propose solutions, and build quality innovative solutions for new services/large deals.
- Provide leadership in all Cloud Security engagements, and ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Create and orchestrate advisory groups.
- Drive and contribute to marketing activities such as webinars, publications, research papers, and channels to establish CitiusTech as a thought leader in healthcare innovation.
- Strengthen sales enablement capabilities (response to RFPs, proposals and more) through reusable assets, Points of Contact (POCs) and frameworks.
- Own and drive revenue and growth of the practice.
- Develop Next Gen Cloud-focused Cybersecurity SMEs and leaders.
- Groom and manage architects.
- Develop mechanisms to groom and enhance capabilities of all practice team members.
- Create a culture of customer centricity, collaboration, growth mindset, and outcome orientation.
- Responsible for CitiusTech & Practice Revenue
- Ensure Client Satisfaction
- Perform and analyze market research within Industry

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/BTech/ME in Computer Science/MTech in Computer Science.
- Certifications as CISSP, CIMP, CIAM, CIGE, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or IAM CIAM vendor specific (as SailPoint, PING, Okta certifications) , any two of these will be a plus
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Hands on experience of implementation and engineering in SailPoint or one of the similar IGA tools.
- Extensive Knowledge of IAM technical and business processes and protocols like OAuth, SAML, etc.
- Experience in creating solutions for IAM, pricing and supporting sales.
- Knowledge of the evolution in product and technology space including solutions for the cloud.
- Knowledge of PAM, AD/ Azure AD, Digital Certificate Management, and other IAM related sub domains and tool families.
- Experience in team leading and building, managing customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in delivery management, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Implementation experience in Privileged Access Management on large scale multitenant environments
- Experience in implementing IAM projects with complete lifecycle, Identity Governance and lifecycle management, Certificate Management for Cloud and non-Cloud environments
- In-depth understanding of authentication protocols, OIDC, SSO, and more
- Expertise in Azure AD (EntraID), Active Directory, in large scale multitenant environments
- Experience in delivering Identity Governance projects using EntraID, SailPoint, Okta, and more
Good to Have Skills:
- Proficiency in DevSecOps principles and methodologies is an added advantage
- Advanced understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment will be a plus
